At Tenant, an Abhinay Singh Company, we understand that users may wish to close their accounts and permanently delete their data from our systems. This policy outlines the process, requirements, and conditions for account closure and data deletion.

1. Purpose

This policy ensures that users can:

• Request permanent deletion of their data from our systems.
• Receive a comprehensive backup of their data in PDF format before deletion.
• Understand the terms and conditions of data export and deletion.

2. Data Included in Export

When you request account closure, we will generate a detailed PDF report containing:

• Property and unit details
• Tenant records and contact logs
• Utility readings and payment histories
• Expenses and associated property data
• Shared documents and property-specific info (e.g., WiFi credentials, emergency contacts)

3. Process for Account Closure

To close your account:

• Visit the "Account Closure" section in your dashboard or request via support.
• Confirm your identity and payment for the export service (INR 499.00).
• Upon payment confirmation, we will generate and securely deliver your PDF report within 48 hours.
• After confirmation of delivery, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including backups.

4. Charges

• A one-time fee of INR 499.00 applies for the data export and deletion service.
• This fee covers processing, report generation, and secure delivery of your data.
• This fee is non-refundable once the PDF export has been initiated.

5. Irreversibility of Deletion

• Account closure is final and irreversible.
• All user data, including system logs, shared documents, and backup files, will be permanently removed.
• We strongly recommend downloading the exported PDF and saving it securely before deletion.
